- Do you remember what those Making Connections strategies were again? Text to Self, Text to Text and Text to the World. Don’t forget these strategies because they help you in remembering what you read because you will be able to associate or link that part of the text you are reading with something you have heard, read or experienced before. What a great and easy strategy to use!
- Basketball tryouts start this week for students in grades 6 to 9. Boys tryouts will take place on Tuesday and Thursday after school until 4:45pm. Girls tryouts will take place Wednesday after school until 4:45pm.
