  1. Wellness Tip of the week: Did you know that your body needs a certain amount of vitamins and minerals everyday to make sure all bodily functions are running well? If we were to think of our bodies like race cars, race car drivers would only wish to put in the best quality fuel in it to run the best it can to have a better chance at winning the race. If we think of our bodies like a race car, we need the best fuel to allow our bodies to run the best it can. Best place to start is by making sure to eat plenty of vegetables and fruits because they are jam packed with vitamins and minerals. The more variety of them you eat, the more vitamins and minerals you are able to get. So don’t skip out on your veggies or fruits in your lunches, you need those excellent fuel sources to run the best you can.

  3. Broxton Honor Choir is today at NOON in Mme iampen’s room. Lunch is provided and plan to be there for the full hour. See you there!
