  1. Wellness tip of the week always stretch first. When you wake up in the morning, make it a habit to stretch to loosen up your body. This is a great way to relieve any stress, to wake yourself up by getting your blood flowing to your muscles and your brain, and release your happy feeling hormones. So when you need a boost in energy or something to pick up your day, spend a few minutes stretching. Try this today and tomorrow and see how much it changes your mood and your energy levels.

  2. Broxton Honor Choir is today at 12:30 lunch recess in Mme iampen’s room. See you there!

  3. Sr. Handbell rehearsal at noon.

  4. Sr. Badminton Team has practice after school until 4:45. Please warm up and set up the nets, and the coaches will be there ASAP.
