You may be asking how we get vitamin D? The easiest way, go outside. Make sure to go outside for at least 15 minutes everyday to get enough sunshine. The sun’s rays activate our bodies to create vitamin D so that you can maintain a healthy state of being.

  2. The Jr. Boys and Girls Volleyball teams have their first playoff games today after school in the Large Gym. Come on out and cheer them on! Go Fusion Go!
